Credit Recovery (Day School) during School Closing:
- Students currently enrolled in credit recovery courses during day school will be able to continue taking their courses from home. Credit recovery students will now be allowed to take unit tests and exams from home. The student will need to text their teacher when they are ready for a test or exam to be unlocked. Before the unit test or exam is unlocked, the student must pass a verbal assessment with their credit recovery teacher over the phone. Students will need to answers 3 out of 5 questions correct over the phone. Current credit recovery students during the day will still be able to add additional course through the specific subject area credit recovery teachers, if needed. The credit recovery teachers have posted their Google Voice # on the announcement page. There are also links on the course announcement page to set up an appointment link for the verbal assessment.
Credit Recovery (Adult Ed. Night and After School) during School Closing:
- Students taking credit recovery through Adult Ed. at night or in after school credit recovery will continue taking their courses at home. The credit recovery teacher will be monitoring their students on the subject area course designated day (see schedule below) and will be ready to open exams. The teachers will also continue checking online throughout the week, and not just on the designated subject day. The students are allowed to take their exams from home. Also, students need to take their exams with the subject area teacher of record. Adult Ed has specified if the students are not progressively working online then their class will be closed. Please be diligent in working in your courses.
